Stream muted until the volume is adjusted

Reproduction steps

  1. I join a call.
  2. My friend starts streaming.
  3. The stream has no sound.
  4. When I move the stream's volume slider, the sound starts working normally.

Expected behaviour

I want the stream audio to work properly.

Actual behaviour

My friends' streams have no sound.
