drag-and-drop widget when rearranging channels anchors at the top left instead of where i grabbed

Reproduction steps

go to any guild's "Community settings > Channels"
grab the six dots on the right edge of any channel by touching and holding

Expected behaviour

the channel should become highlighted/emphasized, and follow my finger as i move around

Actual behaviour

the expected behavior happens AND the channel teleports to almost entirely off-screen. in fact, were it not for the video I recorded in another bug report i would not even have noticed that the drag widget exists at all!!! my fat little fingers COMPLETELY cover this up if i'm just dragging stuff on the rightmost column of the screen. it genuinely felt to me like the channel disappeared entirely while dragging.
