better way to reorder channels in "Favorites" on mobile (and a way to reorder categories at all); like we can in real guilds

rearranging channels within a favorite category is extremely clunky (non-existent, besides the quirk that channels are always inserted at the top; so you can order a category by moving every channel into the category it's already in, bottom to top) moreover, it's impossible to rearrange the categories!

the UI for rearranging guild channels should just be used in favorites as well. the icons for a channel look slightly different in favorites, so the actual widget might need a little tweaking, but there's no reason why the editing experience should be THIS different.
