Reproduction steps
On the latest canary desktop app, set your microphone settings to not have any processing enabled whatsoever and then record a voice message in any channel. The recording made here still has noise removal and auto-gain processing applied despite the configuration.
Expected behaviour
The microphone settings used for voice recordings should match what the user configured
Actual behaviour
Voice recordings are using noise reduction and auto gain adjustments even if the user has those options turned off
