When making a new forum post, Enter should just newline, and not post

Reproduction steps

  1. Find a forum channel
  2. Click + New Post
  3. Add a title
  4. Start typing a message to start the forum post
  5. Press enter

Expected behaviour

While keyboard focus is on the message area of creating a new forum post, it should add a newline.

Actual behaviour

While keyboard focus is on the message area of creating a new forum post, it just posts the message as if you had clicked the Post button.
