Summary

https://github.com/fluxerapp/fluxer/blob/refactor/packages/constants/src/UserConstants.tsx#L185 should be "Requires re-verified email or verified phone" instead of "Requires re-verified email or re-verified phone" given the key name

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

These descriptions seem to only be used in the admin console (see packages/schema/src/domains/admin/AdminUserSchemas.tsx), and only exist in the refactor branch. This doesn't exist in canary or main. The fix is simple: https://github.com/chases2/fluxer/tree/fix-662 (but PRs aren't open yet)
