Push to Talk isn't working

Summary

My friend was trying to do push to talk in our VC and it won't let him. He's tried 5 different keybinds. He's using the desktop application.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Audio
2. Try to set keybinding
3. it mutes you but does not unmute for push to talk
