The latest Windows Canary just crashes on startup

Reproduction steps

Download the latest Canary on Windows
Install it
Start it

Expected behaviour

It does not crash

Actual behaviour

It crashes Both "Reset app data" and "Reload app" tested with no success.

Build information

It does not start so can not grab the full info, this is the install exe: Fluxer-Canary-2026.1009.45608-win-x64.exe
