When creating a new forum post, message is preserved if you switch away but the title is not

Reproduction steps

In a forum channel, click + New Post
Enter some text into the title field
Enter some text into the message field
Click away to another channel
Click back on the forum channel
Click + New Post

Expected behaviour

When I perform step 5, I expected the new post to still be in progress with all of the information I had entered.

Actual behaviour

When you return to the forum channel in step 5, it is presented as if you had not started a new post at all. However, when you click + New post, it does show the message text you had previously entered. However, the title is blanked out.
