"Bot bio" field eats scrolling

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Applications: fluxer://settings/user?tab=applications
  2. Create application
  3. Name it whatever you want
  4. Scroll down to the Bot bio field
  5. Position your mouse inside that field
  6. Scroll

Observed behaviour

Scrolling does not work while the mouse is positioned over the Bot bio field. I assume it is because the field is taking scrolling priority over the Application's settings menu. Text fields should not override scrolling behavior unless there is enough text inside to warrant the scrolling, imo.
