Unable to send some SVGs
Summary
When I try to upload certain SVG files as an attachment in a message, it fails to send the message. Some SVG files can be successfully sent, but some are blocked from being sent. Seems like there is something on the server is trying to parse SVGs and failing to do so prevents the file from being sent. Not sure what is wrong with the SVGs I am sending as they are not corrupt and can be opened in vector design software.
Steps to reproduce
Open a chat window
Add an SVG file as an attachment to send.
Send the message.
I have attached two SVG files here. The first one will successfully send, and the second one won't.
