Set a status message for a voice call

Currently, when a voice call is active, there isn't an easy way to tell what's going on in there from the outside. For example, if people are watching a video or playing a game, they might put it in the chat but that could get buried.

Users could configure a status message that appears under the voice channel, that is present for the duration of the call.

Discord does this, see attached image.
