Current problem
Users often set hotkeys for their microphone. It may happen that they accidentally press the mute key. If they don't have Fluxer open, this may lead to them staying muted or deafened for a long time without realizing it.
Proposed change
If a sound effect played when toggling PTT etc, it would provide additional feedback and maybe let someone realize they accidentally pressed the mute key. It also provides certainty that your mic is live and the others will hear you.
