[Desktop Parity] Syntax highlighting for @silent on mobile

On desktop, when you send a message starting with @silent to avoid sending notifications, it highlights it in blue giving a clear visual indicator that it's actually going to do something. However on mobile, it remains just plaintext.

Please give some highlighting when @silent is at the beginning of a message similar to desktop.
