"Double tap to react" is suggested even when the functionality is off

Recently, the "double tap to react" feature of the mobile app became optional. Now the double tap gesture can be set to edit the message instead, or turned off completely. However, as the result of an oversight, the first functionality still gets advertised to the user in those two cases. It happens when a message is selected, as can be seen on the attachment.
