Notifications play through Fluxer’s selected output device instead of Windows Default

Observed behaviour

Notifications are supposed to play through the Windows default audio device (which was also confirmed to me by a moderator). However, in our community, we noticed that notification sounds currently only play through whatever active output device is selected within Fluxer’s own settings. About 1–2 updates ago, notification routing worked correctly via the Windows default audio device, but this is no longer the case. Expected Result: Notification sounds should play through Device A (Windows Default). Actual Result: Notification sounds play through Device B (Voice Output device).

Reproduction steps

  1. Set Fluxer's output device to a specific device (e.g., Headset).
  1. Set Windows default sound output to a different device (e.g., Speakers).
  1. Receive a notification in Fluxer.
