Allow choosing number of days in the past for message history threshold

Current problem

It's difficult today to do something such as only allowing the reading of messages less than 30 days old for unverified members of your community (those who don't yet have a higher-rank role of your choice). The current message history threshold feature only allows setting a very specific (absolute) datetime, so if you want to set a relative datetime such as dynamically, over time allow only up to 30 days in the past you have to use a bot for this right now.

Proposed change

I suggest that we allow users to set a relative number of days in the past that works dynamically (no need to update it everyday with a bot); we could say that we allow reading past messages up to 30 days in the past for example (value between 1 and 999 - basically 1 day to 3 years), and members without 'read message history' enabled in their roles can't view too much past history for safety reasons after they join the server, to avoid stuff like Discord's spy.pet doxxing service. And we could also set the number of days in the past to 700, basically 2 years, if we don't need to specifically hide message history but want to make sure that messages are automatically 'expired' after 2 years, such as for honoring a privacy policy which makes sure your messages can't be fetched from your Fluxer community after 2 years.
