Allow domains with non LDH characters by punycoding them

Currently, when I try to create an account with the email adress "test@öwö.de", I get an error message that it is incorrectly formatted. I have to use "test@xn--w-0gab.de" (the punycode version) to register and login. This applies to domain connections in your profile as well.

Fluxer should encode non-LDH (a-z, 0-9, -) domains with punycode instead of me having to do that :)
