Observed behaviour
When disabling "Minimize to Tray" in settings and click close on the app, it will close, but then trying to reopen it does nothing. You have to go into Task manager and kill the Fluxer task
Reproduction steps
- Go to Settings > Windows App > Uncheck "Minimize to Tray"
- Close the app
- Try to reopen
- The app does not reopen
