Message Link Embeds

whenever people pulling in references to lots of other messages, it becomes difficult to follow what they're referring to because you have to click the link to get to the message, read it, then go back ok, writing it out it seems like something extremely rare, but its a common enough thing that its had a popular discord plugin for it for years

implement message link embeds similar to https://vencord.dev/plugins/MessageLinkEmbeds, or what would probably be a better ux for desktop/web, render the message as a popout when hovering a message link

example from https://vencord.dev/plugins/MessageLinkEmbeds obviously this feature would not apply when the link is to a chat/server that the user viewing the link does not have access to
