Make theme colors menu easier to find

Current problem

In Look & feel, there is now the option to configure theme colors. However, this option is a bit hard to find, as both the "Theme colors" heading and the respective "Configure" button are smaller than all others in the Look & feel menu (you can check the attached screenshot for a quick reference). Besides it being bad for catching one's attention and strange in such a relevant Look & feel feature, it could also be an accessibility issue.
