It is impossible to not receive push notifications for group dms while in application and not in group, even when having the group dm muted.

Add an option to either set notification mode for groups to one of {none, personal mentions, mentions, everything} and an actually working mute function for group dms.

Discord has both a working mute function for group dms and a way to configure what will cause a push notification from one of {none, mentions, everything}
