Double clicking "Create Channel" when creating a new channel causes the channel to be created twice

When you click the + to create a new channel, a dialog box box comes up where you can select channel type and enter the channel name. When you enter the text field for name, then click "Create Channel", if you accidentally double-click, the channel will be created twice.
