Hoisted roles appear in the wrong order in the member list

Summary

As stated in the Title; Hoister Order is not displayed corectly in Member's Sidebar

I have my screenshots attaches below. The first showing is the role & permissions list from top to bottom. My test user is having the Rank "Ensign" which is way up in the Hoist Order. Yet somehow the Species 'Dragon' gets displayed way above the Rank 'Ensign'. This should not be the case.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Roles & Permissions Create about ten roles Sort them in Ranks or whatever Level's Create Costume Roles that are below Set all roles as 'List Seperately' Add Rank Roles to User followed by the Costume Role. Check if User is displayed correctly
