Cannot update Fluxer Canary from Russia

(#3756) Bug Needs triage

Observed behaviour

When you trying to launch Fluxer Canary - the app trying to auto update itself. The problem is that the Fluxer update servers seems to be unreachable from Moscow and Saint-Petersburg (home network). Maybe it is because of the massive internet censorship in Russia nowadays. Maybe it will be fixed just by adding some "mirrors" in the updating process: if mirror #1 unreachable go to - mirror #2 and try to update from here, etc.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the app from russian home network
  2. See the update message
  3. Waiting for the update
  4. Nothing happens
  5. See the message (sometimes "Cant reache the Fluxer update server", sometimes "Starting on offline mode" for 1-5 secs).

Can you try while using a VPN? (if it works with the VPN it's probably censure\block) If you don't have one, you can try https://amnezia.org/free per example. (I've a friend in Moscow and that is what he uses.) If you are not able to connect even using VPN, then it might be other issue.
