Change redirect behavior when logging into admin console

When logging into the admin console on a self-hosted instance with no saved account such as in a private browsing window or new browser, the user is redirected to the /channels/@me page rather than the /admin page. This is a change in behavior from what it was previously where it would take the user directly to the /admin page after logging in.

Restore the ability to log directly into /admin without needing to be redirected to /channels/@me first.
