Slowmode ui revamp. (change color, modify interaction)

Slow mode text is RED when it blocks. it is ugly (imo)

Make slowmode text like normal text. white or whatever. If the user clicks the "Send message" while in slowdown mode, trigger ONE SINGLE toast message. No more toasts must triggerable unless the first toast doesnt disappear. (to avoid the app spamming toast messages) Facultivative: INSTEAD of the toast message, you can make some part of the ui "tremble" visually. The Send button, or the typing bar, whatever it is your choice. Last perk: if the user spams QUICKLY in a row the Send button, lets say 5 times in a row, trigger the warning already present in the app (see image.jpg) Note: I attached the example video in the below comment, which is how the ui of old discord app is, as reference.
