Apps cache profile pictures for account switcher

In account switcher, only the profile picture of the account that’s currently logged in is displayed, with the other accounts/instances showing the generic Fluxer account icon

Would be great for the app to cache the user’s profile picture in appcache for each instance when they log in, so each of their account’s profile pictures is displayed in app switcher when switching.
