Observed behaviour
If we mention or message in our server where I have all notifications enabled, we get no push notifications on mobile.
If they @ mention me in DMs I get a push notification.
The same goes for them.
Reproduction steps
Message or @ mention in open chat with full notification access
Receive no notifications on mobile
I can receive them on desktop.
Send @mention in direct message and my friends and I will receive a push notification as expected.
