Masked links in embed titles do not show the URL preview on hover

Reproduction steps

  1. Find an embed that uses masked links in the title. The Fluxer Feedback webhook in Fluxer Labs is a really easy place to test this.
  2. Hover your mouse over the masked link in the title of the embed.

Observed behaviour

See video. Mousing over a normal text link in embed shows the link preview, but not when the link is in the title.
