Observed behaviour
nothing happens, it should select the message box (yes you cannot type but it should select it and in a screen reader szenario read the permission message)
Reproduction steps
- go to a channel without message send permission (can also be announcement channel)
- try use use tab
- try to use the arrow keys to scroll through the messages
