Community-wide threads view

Moderating threads is a chore, to the point that on some Discord servers I was a part of, threads were simply disabled due to the moderation load. I'd like to avoid that happening too often on Fluxer as well. Currently to look at all threads in a community, a person would have to click into each channel and then look at that channel's respective threads.

I'd like to be able to see all threads in a community from a single place. One idea is to make a Threads tab at the top of the channel list, kind of like the Members tab, though if someone has a better idea for the UI I'm all for it. Just something to make moderation of threads less painful.
