Observed behaviour
When opening the thread in the small view, the thread members popover doesn't allow scrolling if the list exceeds the max size. You should be able to scroll to see the overflowed members.
For reproduction purposes, use the "thread test" thread in Fluxer Labs' #threads-forums channel since it has enough thread members to reproduce the issue.
Reproduction steps
- open a thread that has a lot of members by right clicking the thread and clicking "Open thread" (not "Open in full view")
- Open the member list popover by clicking the two-person icon in the top right of the thread
- Try to scroll the overflowed member list thread
