Theme studio has inverted theme toggle/activation behaviour

Observed behaviour

Activating a custom theme doesn't apply it; toggling it back off then applies the theme. The behaviour is inverted. Toggling it on and then restarting the app: After restart, the theme is applied, but the toggle in theme studio is off.

Reproduction steps

  1. Add a custom theme
  2. Attempt to enable it
