Current problem
I get multiple DM beeps from the same channel even when I'm busy doing something else, I want to know when a new message has been sent, but not every single new message from every message sent in a DM even if I haven't checked the unread ones I already received a beep from.
Proposed change
Options so that if unread messages ares are sent by a user in DMs multiple times, I only receive one audio beep until I've read the messages.

Inspired by a Discord plugin called OnePingPerDM, the source code of which is here: https://github.com/Equicord/Equicord/tree/main/src/plugins/onePingPerDM
It goes over the benefits, and after using it myself for months it's an incredibly welcome feature that I miss dearly when switching to Fluxer. I've also attached a screenshot of how they set up the options for it.
