Show the real URL of embed's title link and embed author's link on hover

There is no way of showing where a link leads to when it's formatted into embed's title or embed author. Example of hovering over embed title and embed author links: image 1 image 2

I'd like the target of the URL to be revealed on hover - same as it does for Markdown links: image 3
