Clicking a JXL attachment downloads it, then opens the file in your browser, even if your browser supports JXL

Observed behaviour

When clicking an attached JXL file, like the one attached here, the file gets downloaded and then opens in your browser through a file link like file:///home/fullest/Downloads/Sample.jxl Instead, clicking the JXL attachment should just open it like other image attachment filetypes.

Reproduction steps

  1. Ensure JXL is supported on your browser
  2. Click the JXL attached to this bug report
