Current problem
User wants to just customize their discriminator.
To do so, they must pay Plutonium price.
Problem is that user doesn't use voice chat or streaming or other infrastructure. They just want to customize their discriminator.
Proposed change
Introduce a low-cost/lower-tier subscription option called "Radon" or "Radium" (since radon is a gas and radium is lighter than plutonium on the periodic table) that just allows a user to customize their discriminator.
