Changing hardcoded instance embeds

The self-hosted instances when we use them have a "Fluxer Fluxer is a free and open source instant messaging and VoIP chat app built for friends, groups, and communities."

I'd like an option so that we can change our embeds on self-hosted instances so we can differentiate it by using our own branding and whatnot, or our own text to explain what site/invite/instance is. Sure it's still a Fluxer instance but I think owners would want their own way of explaining what their instances are so it's not mainly the generic text that is being used.
