[a11y] skip message list when tabbing and immedialty go to what comes before or after it

once entering keyboard nav mode and pressing shift + tab it goes thought the message list instead of going to what comes before the message list, this means you need to go the other way around to get to for example the search box

an example of how i would imagine it to work is the community list (as well as the member list). once the fluxer icon at the top is focused it allows navigation with arrows to select different communitys, but tab (and shift tab) skips the entire community list. however the message list is probably a bit more complicated since there does need to be tab nav for options on what to do with the messages (reply, react, etc)

idk if this is possible and if it is possible it should be checked with actual a11y-feature users weither this is even a good change and if some people need the current system once again im not an a11y-feature user, so checking with users that would benefit from this is important before actually implementing this
