exclude favorite emojis from the frequently used section in the emoji picker

currently if i have the :soontm: emoji as a favortie and use it a lot, it also shows up in the frequently used section, taking up more space that could be filled with other emojis

change the "frequently used" section to "most used that aren't favorite" so that emojis aren't twice at the top of the emoji picker
