[web/desktop] current / commands with parameters like /spoiler break when trying to add a new line with shift + enter

Observed behaviour

what happend: visual bugs (see attachment) what should happen: support for newlines in command parameters or just refusing the newline altogether

Reproduction steps

  1. use the /me or /spoiler cmd on web/desktop
  2. type something into the parameter box
  3. press shift + enter (either at the end of the parameter box or between some characters)
  4. observe visual bugs
