Summary

when sharing a gift, the accompanied message is: I can't redeem this because I already have lifetime Plutonium, so this gift is all yours! https://fluxer.gift/... even though the user does not have lifetime plutonium

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
