/code command to auto place code block

on some keyboard layouts like the german QWERTZ typing the ` character required for code blocks can be really annoying

have a /code command similar to /spoiler or /tableflip

the command could either work like /tableflip where it inserts the text immediatly or like /me where you get a command with parameters (in the parameter case they would first need to support multiple lines as parameters)
