encrypt messages, from single or all convo's at once

Current problem

can't mass delete, encrypt a convo or do vanishing messages

Proposed change

allow mass delete, vanishing or encrypting all / any message, i have this on discord somewhat already using extensions that can make vanishing / bulk delete and encryption but it's all external pushing something to discord. fluxer doesn't have these kinds of features yet.

Neither encryption nor ephemeral messages are implemented, but bulk deletion is already supported per-DM, per-channel, per-community, and for all messages sent by the account.
