Fluxer as an ISO to install a self-hosted server on a VM

Current problem

Docker installation is quite complex and after talking about this with the community having a dedicated VM to self-host Fluxer would be much nicer. For that I would need an ISO.

Proposed change

Produce an ISO to install as a VM on Proxmox

The ISO should be based on either Debian or Fedora Server.. Debian preferably since it is known to be stable for servers.
