Self-hosting: Documentation and/or support for 3rd party voice & video solutions

There is little documentation on setting up LiveKit instances for voice and video nodes for a self-hosted instance.

I would like to see additional documentation on how to set up individual LiveKit nodes on separate hosted baremetal servers or VPSes, and how to set these up in such a manner that these can be added as locations for voice/video within Fluxer. Additionally if possible, additional support or guidance on using an external solution which handles the location service along with voice and video transit such as Cloudflare CFU - currently it is not possible to use this without a fairly notable chunk of the codebase being rewritten.
