Allow exclusion filters on the feedback site

I wanted to browse through issues posted on the feedback site but ignore stuff that's already being worked on - e.g. filter out issues with "Fix pending", "Awaiting confirmation", and perhaps also some other statuses.

I'd like to be able to choose the statuses that should be excluded from the list. Since I want to exclude multiple, I would also need the "status" field to allow selecting multiple statuses to filter by. I suppose the latter part would actually allow me to emulate exclusions since I could select all statuses except for the few that I want to exclude.
