Horizontal scrollbar missing for markdown tables on mobile

If a markdown table is wide enough to justify a horizontal scrollbar, it can be swiped, but there is no visual element indicating there is additional width to the table outside the viewport.

1. Create a markdown table that's wider than the viewport
2. View the rendered table and/or swipe it to the side to view the out-of-range contents
3. See that there is a scrollbar on desktop, but not on mobile
