GIF selector blocked by channel list on iPad

Observed behaviour

When on iPad (possibly other tablets, unsure) in landscape mode and opening the GIF picker, the GIF picker window becomes blocked/cut off by the channel list on the left.

Reproduction steps

Be on an iPad (possibly any tablet) in landscape mode
Navigate to a server
Press the GIF picker button by the message input field
